Southbrook's role in a funding request, who sets terms, how the Census figures and invented examples on the site should be read, and what falls outside its scope.
What Southbrook does with a Lebanon, PA request, and what it leaves to others
Southbrook Business Capital takes business funding requests by phone and web form and passes them to funding partners. It does not make credit decisions, does not set rates or terms, and does not supply the money for any loan, line of credit, lease or advance.
Offers, pricing and decisions belong to each funding partner
Each funding partner sets its own requirements, reviews a request under its own process and makes its own decision. Rates, factor rates, fees, amounts and schedules come only from a partner's written offer. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, a commitment to fund, or a statement of what any business will receive. Read a partner's agreement in full, and ask questions, before signing it.
Census counts and invented examples on these pages
Business counts on this site come from the U.S. Census Bureau: County Business Patterns and ZIP Code Business Patterns (2023) for establishments with paid employees, Nonemployer Statistics (2024) for businesses without paid employees, the Building Permits Survey (2025) for new housing units, and American Community Survey 5-year estimates (2020-2024) for self-employment. County figures cover all of Lebanon County, PA; a ZIP figure covers the whole ZIP, which can reach past city and county lines. Worked examples marked "Illustration only, invented figures" use made-up amounts and rates to show the arithmetic and are not quotes; calculator results depend on the numbers typed in.
Business purposes only, with two trades left out
Requests are for business purposes. Southbrook does not pass along requests for personal, household or consumer credit, and it does not arrange funding for agriculture or trucking businesses.
